Why we started Power Pods.

Finding affordable accommodation has become harder than ever.

We saw more and more local people needing somewhere affordable to live. Building a house wasn't realistic for many, and rental properties were difficult to find.

That's why we created Power Pods.

A simple, affordable solution that provides a warm, private space on land of friends or family.

Since then, we’ve seen how desperate the housing crisis is and we’ve helped people across the Eastern Bay of Plenty create extra room for themselves and the people they care about.
